Artistic Systems is still working : Just Differently
Artistic Systems is considered an “essential” business in its ability to provide control and connectivity to our clients. We are still working, just differently.
We are committed to a “Best Practice” approach if we enter your home. Technicians will arrive to your home with clean hands. Technicians arrive at the office in shifts, to avoid any contact, each technician uses hot water and soap to clean their hands. We also have sanitizer and sanitary wipes on each truck that are used between each job. We always remove our shoes before entering your home. Here are additional ways we are actively and safely working to keep your home entertainment and technology functioning properly.
- We have been adhering to the Best Practice approach since late February.
- We sanitize the surfaces of our office multiple times daily.
- Our techs wipe down their tools between each job.
- Any members of our team, who can work at home, are doing so.
- We impose a 24-hour waiting period for each piece of incoming freight prior to it being moved or opened.
- We follow the advised practices of the San Miguel County Department of Health and Environment.
We take this situation seriously as there is a trust between Artistic Systems and you, our valued client. We will work with your caretaker to ensure our work in your home is done cleanly and safely.
If you need service:
- Please allow our service technician a minimum of 6 feet of space, but we prefer if you stayed in a different room.
- Let us know if you are under house quarantine, we will not be able to provide service at your home while you are in quarantine.
- If you have symptoms of the Covid-19 (coughing, fever, sore throat) we will not be able to provide service at your home until you are cleared by your physician.
- If you are currently diagnosed with Covid-19 we will not be able to provide service until you are clear of the virus.
If we are unable to provide a physical service call that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t call us. One of our technology experts will be able to provide assistance over the phone.
